Franklin Dexter, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Dexter is a University of Iowa Professor and the Director of the Division of Management Consulting. He has developed most of the statistical methods for OR productivity analysis and has published more than 175 papers and consulted with more than 60 surgical facilities.
